The coordination layer · est. 2026

Plumbing for the
agentic decade.

We build the boring-but-load-bearing layer underneath AI. Compute, money, and the handoffs in between. Agents don't need more intelligence. They need rails.

Mission

“Build the rails that let humans, agents, and capital coordinate without permission.”

Honestly the thesis is pretty simple. The bottleneck of the next decade isn't intelligence, it's coordination. Models are everywhere now. What we don't have yet is the boring layer underneath them. The compute. The money. The clunky human handoffs that have to happen before any of this actually does work. If you've ever watched a half-decent agent get stuck at “now go pay for that” or “now go grab a GPU for an hour”, you already know what we mean.

So we're building both halves. Aquanode is the compute side. GPUs that show up when you need them, across clouds, without a procurement call. Splito is the money side. Today it's an app for humans splitting bills, which sounds boring until you realize that's the same primitive that lets agents and people own things together later.

You might be wondering why a GPU cloud and a bill splitter live under the same roof. Honestly, because of the thesis. Most of the painful parts of using AI in 2026 aren't AI problems, they're plumbing. So we're spending our years on the plumbing.
